Dinacharya in ten honest minutes
Vedik Connect Desk ·
The classical dinacharya assumes a life without alarms and commutes. Most of us cannot keep it, so we keep none of it. That is the wrong trade.
Ten minutes: warm water on waking, tongue scraping, two minutes of oil in the mouth, a short stretch that opens the hips and chest, and five slow breaths at the window. Nothing here needs a shop.
Do it for three weeks before deciding whether it works. Ayurveda measures in seasons, not in days.
