Ayurveda for Daily Life
Dinacharya, ritucharya and food as medicine — changes small enough to actually keep.
Ayurveda made small enough to keep. This course leaves aside the clinic and stays with what you can change at home: when you wake, what you drink first, how you eat through a season, and how you wind the day down.
Each week takes one habit and gives you the classical reasoning behind it, then the modern version that survives a commute and a desk job. You are asked to try, not to convert — the last session is about what you actually kept and why.
Who it suits - Anyone constantly tired, bloated or sleeping badly with no diagnosis - Households wanting one routine that works for adults and children - People who found Ayurveda advice online and could not tell what was real
What you'll take away - Identify your prakriti and current imbalance - Build a morning and evening routine that fits your work - Eat with the season rather than against it - Know the small set of kitchen remedies worth keeping, and when to see a doctor instead
